Marie's Story
Marie has had a love for baking since childhood, always making friends and family's birthday cakes, treats for holidays and specializing in creating her own recipes.
Diagnosed with a gluten intolerance several years ago, Marie did not let that stop her love of baking. Instead, she has perfected the art of gluten-free baking from breads, cakes, muffins, and scones, to quiches and gallettes.
All of Marie's products are handcrafted using top tier clean and organic ingredients. She believes that being gluten-free shouldn't mean sacrificing flavor, texture, or quality.
